Education: We’re not creating products—we’re nurturing people!
Jan 17, 2025For years, education has been about forcing learning: standards, testing, compliance. But what if the real key isn’t forcing kids to learn but creating environments where they want to learn?
And what if teachers felt empowered and comfortable facilitating that kind of growth?
Next week, I’m launching a coaching program for school leaders, consultants, and educators who want to rethink how they think. How they manage. How they lead.
Because real leadership isn’t about following old models—it’s about innovating new ones.
I believe there’s no element we currently use in education that we can’t bring into the future.
But I also believe we must fundamentally change the starting point of how we design education. The factory-based approach—treating students like products on an assembly line—has to go.
We aren’t creating products. We’re nurturing human development!
I see this shift working every day in the schools I work with. And I know it can grow beyond that. Let’s grow it together.
This isn’t for everyone. It’s for those ready to challenge the status quo, to rethink what education could look like, and to start building systems that inspire.
Curious? Stay tuned.
