As we step into the final week of the year, I find myself filled with pride and gratitude for the milestones achieved together with the amazing people I’ve had the privilege to work with this year.

I want to share a heartfelt video message I received last week from two incredible Agora mentors, Kristin and Kristian, who work at a client school in Oslo, Norway.

Over the past year and a half, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with them and their management team to establish what they call the Agora Linjen in Oslo Norway.

Together, we’ve been building a new educational pathway at Akademiet Heltberg that begins with a simple question:

What do you want to create, do, or learn?

From there, we turn their students’ answers—their passions—into projects that seamlessly incorporate the curriculum's learning goals.

Kristin and Kristian shared how our collaboration has:

✨ Helped refine their vision through thought-provoking questions.

✨ Supported them in turning their ideas into actionable practices, a challenge they are now tackling with confidence.

Moments like these reaffirm why I love this work and inspire me to continue this journey with them in the year ahead.
